Hammer's Bite is the exception at 2% per tick, 2.3% with the boost: the patch notes print it as 4% of max HP over 2 seconds, and the board has since cut its bleed to 1.25 seconds, so it totals 2.5%. Electrocution is lower and has never been published; 0.5% is the balancer's estimate. These are base rates: with Impatient ticks come twice as fast and each deals 0.67 of them, reading the board's 33% cut as per tick.
